Thank You GMaq that seem to do the trick.
Funny thing on this machine jack seems to like 48k better.
41k produces lots of xruns no matter what i set.

Trying to get Cecilia autoconnect csound to jack.
Can autoconnect csound by itself. Have to manually connect csound to jack under Cecilia.
Using Avlinux.
