Fairly sure I made a newbie mistake -

Opened QjackCTL first as opposed to waiting for the program to open it for me. Worked when I did that

I installed it straight from Software Centre, as well as trying it through Synaptic - There's only one version in Synaptic so I'm not sure how I can make sure I have the 64-bit!
