Re: A couple of things I am noticing

Actually, no. I'm just surprised that it is mentioned seldom here, to the point that I really forgot it existed. I used to find it interesting, but I really forgot it existed. And it really is broken. I didn't intend to be sarcastic in any part. Just because it's not working for you, it doesn't mea...

Re: Sonarworks Headphone Calibration Plugin

That's great news!

If you still need testers, I would gladly do it. I run Debian unstable/Sid with KXStudio repositories.

Re: [ANN] LSP Plugins version 1.1.3 is published!

There was no error message or any apparent problem, but it would produce no sound. It happened with 1.1.1 and 1.1.2. Maybe something changed in Carla? (Or maybe I was doing something stupid, but I don' know what it could have been, as it is pretty straight forward...) If you are curious, I can roll...

Re: KXRepos and Debian - Am I screwed?

Do you guys update from the terminal? I thought most people use Synaptic. I, myself, only use the command line for package management. Sometimes I do use Synaptic so search and install packages, although rarely, but I find it easier (since I am more used to it) to update/upgrade from the command li...

Re: [ANN] LSP Plugins version 1.1.3 is published!

Thanks for the new release! In particular, this new release fixes the problem I was having, in which I could not use LSP IR plugins in Carla. That shound at least strange, nothing special related to LSP IR was made. What was the problem? There was no error message or any apparent problem, but it wo...

Re: KXRepos and Debian - Am I screwed?

I think it is a fair warning from the Debian community. They, rightfully so, discourage mixing sources, as it can certainly break your system. It looks particularly worse since some of the KXStudio seem to be Ubuntu repositories, which is not compatible with (pure) Debian. So, it makes the system be...

If you need more information about getting the best from it - installing it, or using it with your host application(s) / distro etc, you're welcome to use the contact form on the website (and most likely I) will get back to you as soon as poss...

...I am not sure if it's worth it... Thanks for that emphatic endorsement.. :) Well, I haven't tried it yet (so I cannot really recommend), and even then I trusted you so much I spent my money on it. :-) I hope you enjoy using it, and, while there are undoubtedly some fine free EQs available, the A...

Overtone AF210/M Graphical EQ & FFT Plug-in 50% Off

In case anyone is interested, Overtones's AF210/M Graphical EQ & FFT Plug-in is 50% off until 07/16. (It was about US$40 for me.) I am not sure if it's worth it, as I haven't tested it yet, and we have some really nice EQs already (x42, eq10q, calf, LSP...) but I figured I would try it and suppo...

Re: 0.9.15 plan

hey guys, I want to use the timing humanizer but with it on, the first beat is off to the metronome or late. Setting mean to “+5ms” and stddev to “0ms” "Setting mean to"... What is mean ? I see the stddev but nothing says mean on the plugin. That's what's throwing me off. EDIT: this only ...

Re: new user - apps crashing

Sorry for not really offering any real help, but: you should not run Hydrogen (or other programs) with sudo. It's a security risk and it can lead to other issues as well as "mask" the real issue you are having, which might have other implications in the future. My humble suggestion would b...
