Now I was have jackdbus unavailable in cadence, to put it to work I did: sudo apt-get install jackd2=2:1.9.11~20150719-1~kxstudio2 Now cadence is running seeing /etc/apt/sources.list.d/kxstudio-debian.new.list I presume I'm using ubuntu ppa to install that packages... Maybe, because debian stable do...

After some IRC assistance (thank you guys) I did:

sudo apt-get install libjack-jackd2-0=2:1.9.11~20150719-1~kxstudio2

sudo apt-get install cadence

and it working now.

I'm using ubuntu 14.04.1 with kxstudio meta-all package and I want to run cadence in unity startup (it's done), the matter is, Cadence start in full window, I want to start Cadence minimized... Some trick to do that
