This is just a guess, but is your patch in AMS set up to be velocity-sensitive? I'm not overly familiar with AMS, but most modular synthesis systems require you to explicitly patch in things like velocity sensitivity. idk, i'll have to check (how do you check something like that?), thanks for the t...

seq24 volume control vertical bar doesnt work with ams track

when i connect ams to seq24 and create a track in the edit window, the black vertical bar beneath each note doesnt affect the volume from ams, whereas it works fine with e.g. hydrogen.
ideas?

ams track in seq24 drowns out another ams track

when i try to play 2+ ams tracks at the same time in seq24, the first one drowns out the other one.
when i export both tracks to flac files, and import them both into audacity and play them, they play at the same time and i can clearly hear both tracks.
is there any way to fix this?

hi, i'm nickleus - experimental linux musician

hi, i've been making music on ubuntu linux for a couple of years now. programs i primarily use are:
* ams
* hydrogen
* zynaddsubfx
* seq24
* ardour / audacity
* patchage
