I believe it should work with any distribution since it's using the standard usb audio. run find /lib/modules/`uname -r` -name snd-usb-audio* on the command line to see if you have the module. I would think that any of the distribution that are more audio orientated would definitely have it enabled.

It's what I'm currently using. Works like a charm. I basicly record 2 tracks simutainously, one mic input and one line input. Haven't had a chance to use all 4 channels at once, yet.

I've been playing guitar for about 10 years and playing around with various tracker programs for about the same time.
