It's blacklisted no matter where I place SigmaVST.so.
Anyone got this to work? Reaper can't find either.

Re: Free acoustic drum bank for DrumGizmo, 1.7 GB, round robin

I used Dragonfly Hall in a separate bus, set for a "big" almost 80s sort of vibe, sending all the tracks to it, and it is really neat. But for a more realistic sound, even of a medium/large-ish room, it has plenty of that going for it already especially in the room buses. I really like using the "f...

Re: Free acoustic drum bank for DrumGizmo, 1.7 GB, round robin

Yes I know that but all the regular drum Gizmo kits load in muse but this one when I load up the main kit it only gives me the snare drums. I do the same thing in Ardour and Reaper and the main kid loads properly. I've always been using Muse to do my drum editing so I know how to load it in there b...

Re: Free acoustic drum bank for DrumGizmo, 1.7 GB, round robin

yep. I loaded this kit and only heard snare. Loaded DRS and heard the entire kit using the same instant of drumgizmo. Gonna try again. In this kit, the first two channels are snare mics. The first two channels in DRSKit are the ambient mics. Yes I know that but all the regular drum Gizmo kits load ...

Re: Free acoustic drum bank for DrumGizmo, 1.7 GB, round robin

Will you be making a version back to work in Muse? When I load the main kit in Muse I hear nothing but of course if I load it in Reaper and follow your instructions which is what I did and also in Ardour it sounds amazing.. I haven't tried it yet, but did you configure the 16 channels in Muse (like...

Re: Non-bleeding versions of drumkits?

Did you read my post? It seems that the kits you're asking about have been updated so that you can turn bleed off, or blend it to your tastes. If not, that's different. That's exactly how I do it. You can use the bleed on/off and slide it all the way to the left and that gets rid of the bleeding th...

Re: Free acoustic drum bank for DrumGizmo, 1.7 GB, round robin

I'm definitely loving it but I love the kit with the bleeding because it just sounds more natural especially in a mix. That's from a hard rock heavy metal point of view but this kit would sound amazing doing some R&B and some old school funk.

(hope this is the right place) audio routing

Hey, I have a Focusrite 2i2 2nd gen and I can plug into it with my guitar and hear it. The problem I;m having with that is that when I'm recording say in Ardour, I go through a bus with effects and that is routed to an audio track. What happens is that I hear the original sound more than I hear what...

stacer

Hey, anyone using stacer

Code: Select all

https://github.com/oguzhaninan/Stacer
Looks kinda like Windows' task manager.
Could this be used to help fine tune a system? Looks like an easy way to shut stuff off that affects audio like wifi etc.
