Re: how to render stems in MusE?

Yes I just figured out that it's only floating points. It's actually more work because now I have to line things up. Yes it looks like we really need a way to export wav files the same way you can export the midi . Even as I have every instrument on its own track I tried sinking Muse with Ardour and...

Re: how to render stems in MusE?

Okay I think I have solved this issue. In the muse folder where all the .med files are saved it also automatically renders or export all the wave files. I found that out by right clicking on one of the wav files I recorded and went to wav info and there it told me what folder I can actually find eve...

Re: how to render stems in MusE?

What common format or guidelines are used? MusicXML or something else? I'm guessing there must be some kind of list file pointing to all the audio tracks used? I most DAWS, you have a 'render' or 'export' option of each track so like EnglishGuy said, you can send to a mixing engineer or like in my ...

how to render stems in MusE?

Hey, I've recorded my midi drums from drumgizmo into individual tracks in MusE and now I want each stem exported so I can add to song in Mixbus.

Yes I think it's really strange but I did test it. I went back to my old settings and the phasing noise was there and then with the new setting it's gone.

Re: phasing issues with CrocellKit

I think the problem was latency issue. I did some adjustments with Jack and now it seems to be working fine and no matter what software Studio I use. The only weird thing about that is that's the settings I've always used.

Perhaps there are multiple notes layered on top of each other? This might result in what you are hearing.

Ok I will. I'm away till Monday so I'll do it when I get home.

Re: phasing issues with CrocellKit

Now I'm confused. So if you solo the hihat track for example, can you sill hear phasing effect? Or does it appear the moment you have any two of the aforementioned tracks soloed together? Yes soloing the OH, Center or hi hat tracks the phasing is there. I will try Reaper . Never had this issue befo...

Re: phasing issues with CrocellKit

Often the hihat is loud enough in the OH mics to simply mute the hihat mic entirely. Would this be an option for you? Changing the bleed should not have any effect since the main channels for the hihat are the hihat mic as well as the OH mics, so that would only reduce the hihat in the toms, snare,...

Re: phasing issues with CrocellKit

Can you say a bit more about how you mix the output channels? Is the phasing coming from the, three OH channels or is it introduced by the hi-hat close-mic channel when mixed with the OHs? The kit comes with three OH channels as opposed to the regular two, so maybe this could be an issue. What does...

phasing issues with CrocellKit

hey guys, I'm having an issue with phasing I think with CrocellKit's hi-hat. I can hear in in the overheads and the hi-hat tracks. I messed with the polarity settings and nothing is fixing it. The midi tracks came from MT PowerKit and the hats sounds fine using that plugin. I don't like the processe...

Re: Matching Equalizer

Just want to say that this plugin really helps on the master bus to clean up the mix. I'd get a profile of a song I really like how it sounds then match it up to my mix. I've had so many folks ask what studio I got the final mix done at because of the professional quality sounds I've gotten.. I real...

Re: latest git pull will not build on Arch

I use this solution for automated build in OBS: insert necessary include after cmake configuration and before make: mkdir build cd build cmake <your options> .. sed -i -e 's/CXX_INCLUDES = /CXX_INCLUDES = -I\/usr\/include\/harfbuzz /' muse/lv2Gtk2Support/CMakeFiles/lv2_gtk2_support.dir/flags.make m...
