Unfortunately same story here... Adding an extra card here would be a piece of cake, but then, it's not

Re: Focusrite Clarett/Clarett+ USB Linux support
I'm not exactly sure what you mean with gain, but if you're talking about the output volume, the high-mid-low range are well served, covering "all" frequencies instead of concentrating on high and low only. I think that this could be responsible for the lower output to the amplifier.

Re: Focusrite Clarett/Clarett+ USB Linux support
I don't think you misunderstood something :D For now I use the 5.15.0-48-generic kernel. I had a month to test the Clarett+ (read the maximum time I had before I had to return the card to the shop). I'm looking forward though for kernel 6.1!! But for now I'm happy. The sound of the card is really go...

Re: Focusrite Clarett/Clarett+ USB Linux support
I do think it's a routing issue, although I don't see any in- output channel appear in Alsamixer. When I put "option snd-aloop enable=*,*,*,* index=*,*,*,*" in "/etc/modules-load.d/snd-aloop.conf" there appears a working meter in the volume screen but without hearing any sound. M...

Re: Focusrite Clarett/Clarett+ USB Linux support
I completely agree bluzee!! I have a Focusrite Forte that worked completely out of the box, I presumed that this would be no different with the Clarett+ I have a month time to return that thing. No use keeping it when it doesn't work with Linux. I guess we don't live in each others area... Blind tru...

Re: Focusrite Clarett/Clarett+ USB Linux support
I've read in your comments on Github Geoffrey that adding the support in your control panel for a Clarrett+ 4Pre should be a peace off cake. Now my programming days ended in a previous century on a 8 bit Atari. :) So can you help me to make the card work? I use Kubuntu 22.04.1 with kernel 5.15.0-47-...
