Re: Cakewalk v-studio 100 on linux

Re: Cakewalk v-studio 100 on linux

So I am on AVL right now and speaker-test -D plughw:AudioMIDI is working perfectly (and of course sound card can be use for any application, browser, audacity...) Adding, pavucontrol can see my sound card as input and output, and so pulseaudio seems pretty passive from what I understand. It seems li...

Re: Cakewalk v-studio 100 on linux

Regarding this busy interface I found this page https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=116042 and https://www.volkerschatz.com/noise/alsa.html
That I am reading and trying to understand right now, And so I have tried adding a simple .asoundrc but got nothing more. Still reading though.

Re: Cakewalk v-studio 100 on linux

That's it working. Well done! Now it sounds like a pulseaudio problem. If someone else would like to offer advice on the pulseaudio side, please do, as I don't know much about pulseaudio as I don't use it. Yes Thank you for that, the result is so good. But I just tried speaker test and here is what...
