Re: Cadence weirdness

Of course I read it, but Cadence route involves NOT invoking jack-dbus.

Also, I literally uninstalled Qjackctl.

Currently, it does work well, but it involves a little ugly manual work.

VirtualBox can't run JACK

Unless Intel Audio, which doesn't play well with GNOME desktop.

If I try to JACK in Ubuntu Studio's "Studio Control", it will freeze.

Cadence weirdness

It is auto-JACK, auto-PulseAudio to JACK at startup, but sometimes PulseAudio to JACK doesn't work.

This is Arch. I hope it is as convenient as Ubuntu Studio "Studio Control".

Re: Hello, but I don't know how I made it.

Still confusing. I can't make it work in VirtualBox as well.

Which should I choose for Audio Interface?

Which should I choose for MIDI interface?

Do I need to download soundfonts?

Re: Hello, but I don't know how I made it.

Still can't get LMMS to work. ➜ ~ lmms --version *** WEAK-JACK: initializing *** WEAK-JACK: OK. (0) LMMS 1.2.2 (Linux x86_64, Qt 5.15.2, GCC 10.2.0) Soundfont is set. There are so many sound output and MIDI output devices. Don't know what to set. After all, how do I test if it is working or not? Rat...

Hello, but I don't know how I made it.

What should I use? Currently I use Frescobaldi and Lilypond, and recently, I learnt about JACK, and somehow, manage to make Rosegarden work. (with Cadence + QSynth) OS's? On original Ubuntu, the sound was bad, but on Arch, the sound is decent. On Ubuntu Studio, with lowlatency kernel, the sound is O...

Re: convert from Rosegarden to wav audio file

Not sure about necrobumping etiquette here, but I made it with Cadence in Render app.

Actually, I manage to make Rosegarden work at all, with Cadence and QSynth.
