I pressed the USB little bit tighter, Now my computer can see the microphone. But it still does not record

I got this wonderful little microphone, but it is not yet running on my computer. I have Linux Mint 20.0 with kernel 5.4.0-70

I think it should be possible for the computer to get friends with this microphone. Thanks for some support.

It is nearly impossible to register, because the numbers downunder are nearly not readable ((((( It tookme half an hour (( Please change that
