After waiting nearly a year to upgrade to Ubuntu 20.04 from 18.04, I ended up with a clean install of 20.04 with vanilla Gnome and used Ubuntu Studio installer. That's been my intention since last spring/summer, and here at last I've got a whole suite of software I have no idea what to do with. :lol...
