Thank you, pdechery. The bass in this tune is actually a preset in the new synth, Vital, called "Cinema Bells," by Billian. The Cinema Bell preset is an arp, so I just dialed into its tempo and built the tune around it.

Helm LV2 & Ardour
Hello all, I'm curious if anyone else has encountered this issue with Helm LV2 plugin on Ardour. When I exit Ardour and launch the program again later, for certain patches, Helm will forget the patch and play a completely different sound. I can open Helm and it shows the name of the original patch, ...

Re: My first album
Thank you for your kind words and for your critical feedback. It is much appreciated. 295 Kelvin gave ma a kind of a "Riders on the storm" vibe. :) That's great. I had the Doors song in the back of my mind when working on the keyboard solos. Especially in First Contact and Orbital Command ...

Space Guitar? Yes, that worked very well in this song. A sort of urban melancholy.

Hello, Jeanette_c.
"G and E's night out" brought a smile to my face. I love the unapologetic funkiness of it. It grooves.

Re: Hello from Texas
Thanks, Basslint. The 70s thing could be said of a lot of bands of that era, but when I looked at my list, Heart's peer groups managed to make music that I enjoy from the Eighties. Yes, King Crimson, Queen, Pink Floyd all have Eighties music I like, but not so much with Heart. Oh, well. That reminds...
