Microphone to AMS

I want to work with the audio signal of an external microphone in ALSA Modular Synth. My OS is Linux Mint 20.3 Cinnamon. My microphone is DEVINE M-Mic USB. The connections are as below:

Re: Naivesound Glitch

I don't see how that's similar to Glitch...

Glitch works with a deliberately primitive algorithmic language. It's a form of minimalism. Which one of the programs in your link do you think is most like Glitch?

Re: Naivesound Glitch

Getting this error on the terminal:

Code: Select all

error while loading shared libraries: libwebkitgtk-3.0.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Is there a new version of Glitch (or some similar program) that doesn't need libwebkitgtk-3.0.so.0 ?

Naivesound Glitch

After a computer crash I reinstalled Naivesound Glitch, but it no longer works. This one: https://github.com/naivesound/glitch

I'm running Linux Mint 20.3 Cinnamon. What could I do to get it working again?

The GUI's of the plugins also pop up now, but I have to work on Jack first now because there's no sound yet. Probably a Jack problem...

Re: jalv.select

I had Jalv.select on my computer (Linux Mint 20.3), but I had to reinstall everything after a crass. Now I don't remember how I installed Jalv.select previously. Could you describe step for step how this is to be done. I have installed Jalv1.6.4 from the Linux Mint repositories, and I have downloade...

Re: Running LV2 plugins in Carla on Windows11?

Xmonk is much better now in Reaper on Windows. With normal playing with the mouse there are no more hanging notes. Only with super (= unrealistically) fast playing with the mouse one can still generate some hanging notes. But one cannot even "play" that fast with a hardware keyboard, so no...

Can I already test Xmonk on Windows now to see if the hanging notes are gone?

Yes, I haven't updated libxputty in Xmonk and Fluida for now. Will do that soon.

Yes - that would be very interesting, as the hanging notes are highly reproducible in Xmonk.
