Note for self: Fedora 41 was released today. One of the changes in this release is: "Make Tuned the Default Power Profile Management Daemon". This means I need to update Section 1 of my guide to reflect the new changes.

I think @wtay avoids me after I made a stink about the latency issues Pipewire had before he added the IRQ based scheduling.
