Re: Hello, G2500 developer here!

The module presentation videos with 24bit/96kHz audio directly from the G2500 synth are now available for download at this page: G2500 Videos As YouTube re-encode uploaded videos, the audio is of less quality, when viewed at YouTube, than in these original videos. Now this is interesting. Never thought about that. So all VST softsynth parameter ranges are severely limit...

Well, all commercial plugins have no problem in supporting VST2, VST3, Mac's AU and ProTools' AAX. G2500 is not a plugin. You (and others) complain, it is not a plugin, if I read you correctly. It is something like this: I produce a sailing boat, and you complain it is not a train. I made G2500 in ...

Re: G2500 virtual ARP synthesizer

Nevertheless a bit strange to make a stand-alone synth app in 2019 that's not a VST. VST2 or VST3? Oh, and now we're at it, why not also make a plugin for those, that prefer AU? And AAX/RTAS? And ... And then there is the 32/64-bit issue. Should I create versions for both? A short list of the most ...

Re: Hello, G2500 developer here!

Wow, that looks really cool. I can't comment about libraries and such but I'd certainly be interested in trying it. If you use a 64-bit Linux, I have a beta ready for you to try. I can't write private messages on this board, as I am too new here, it seems, so if you could send me an email on contac...

Re: Hello, G2500 developer here!

Hi, Just curious, what you use for GUI? I developed the GUI system. In short, this is what is going on: The GUI elements are defined in text files, that are being parsed by a scripting language, World Programming Language, when the application starts or new modules are being loaded. This gives flex...
