Re: Naked God featuring Spamatica - Dystopian Dreams (melodeathindustrial)

Nicely done, oscillator! I'd agree that the vocals have a bit too much drive applied. Aside from that though, I find the levels of everything else seem balanced. I'm digging the rhythm guitar tone too, it fits in really well with the kick. Good work from spamatica! Like the wah effect at around 3:16.

Re: Three piano pieces

I just listened to these tracks. I haven't listened to a lot of solo piano music, but I like your playing. I think I like the "Quaint and pictureseque" track the best. There's a cool thing you did at around 0:26, with the major arpeggio to the tri-tone-ish thing, which I thought was done smoothly. T...

Re: All

I just checked this out, I really like the vocals. Not sure if I noticed anything odd on the latency or processing of the drums as you mentioned earlier. The only change I might think of would be to pull the volume down just a little bit. Ah, something out of the 4/4 norm. It's real fun to listen to...

Re: Lars Domino - Christmas record 2020 (alternative, vaudeville, rock)

I had some time to listen to the whole thing, and I think it's great! I really like Mats guitars on "Asfalt", it provides a really good "texture" to the song. That, and the first track are probably my two favorites. I just love the atmosphere behind them.

Re: Icecaps (Melt My Shaky Values)

This is really chill, sounds really well balanced (both the mix and composition). I'm liking the blended octave up effect for the solo too; adds a bit of texture. Good stuff!

Re: Naked God featuring Crownbird - TierMensch (industrial/metal)

oscillator Rainmak3r Basslint Thanks guys! Glad you liked how our collaboration turned out! And I am a big fan of melodeath, I'd be down to do something like that, though I've never really been too accurate with faster tremolo riffs you always hear in melodeath; maybe time to practice some more? As...

Re: Man with a Clan

Wow, crazy! The solo's amazing, reminds me a lot of oldschool power metal, which makes sense from the bands you listed as inspiration. The organ solo's really unique too. Maybe vary up the drum beats as a suggestion, the fills however do sound nice. Nice guitar tone too, it's mixed very well. I also...

Re: [Alternative] Drunk Dolphins - Blue Collar

Wow, really nice! I like that semi-clean guitar sound you have at the start. I love the mix too; my only suggestion is I'd probably shelve some of the lows from distorted guitar during the chorus, and let the bass guitar handle the lower frequencies. Great song, everything about it is really profess...

Great to hear the finished product! I like the vocals, especially the lower ones you did like at 1:15. Thanks for having me on another track!

Re: Jade

Nicely done, as usual! I can't critique much due to a lack of experience with this music, but I liked the string ensemble for sure. I remember in a previous song you posted, you mentioned the KBH Ultima strings as well; I think you make them sound really natural! I liked the Erhu bends when they wer...

Re: A blast from the past (just some nostalgia)

Nice to see some history behind your music! Great that you recovered these tracks, even if it cost some money. I considered deleting all my old tracks a while ago (as I cringe super hard when I listen to them), but I'm really glad I didn't. Like you said, there's a lot of nostalgia, and you can also...

Very interesting work! I tapped by my feet according this rythm! :) http://img.crazys.info/files/i/2013.7.9/1373389196_896770963.jpg Wonderful cat picture! Hi @crownbird! Cool thing :) Very nice execution, not the least the guitar solo! There were some production details that nagged me however. For...

Re: Guilt Amplifier (EDM)

Hi @crownbird! Cool thing :) Very nice execution, not the least the guitar solo! There were some production details that nagged me however. For instance I felt the sound of the bass didn't meld with the rest. I would probably have chosen a dirtier/fuller bass sound. It occurs to me now that perhaps...

Re: Guilt Amplifier (EDM)

I was pondering this not so long ago... maybe there should be a "wanted" thread for people in need of help with their tracks where others who are willing to collaborate could jump in - recording parts or even doing some mixing/production. I'm not sure how popular this would be though, as it's time ...
