That processor doesn't seem to have that function available for it. (Based on the info I found online.) It probably runs at the maximum 1200 MHz continuously. Also, when I did the same test on my system, these 2 lines were returned (between the "CPU MHz" line and the "BogoMIPS" ...

Hello everyone, I've been searching web wide and here about CPU scaling governor to tune my old notebook with Lubuntu 18.04 low latency kernel. Seems to me that, or my notebook processor doesn't have various P-States, or Ubuntu 18.04 don't allow me change the CPU governor. Is this right? Thanks for ...
