Hi! Anyone happen to know some soundcard that has no knobs or switches ?
...or, being able to override them via software.

Basically need a completely fiddle-proof interface where gain, mute, phantom can be controlled via USB.
pro or industrial segment is fine, no DIY.

Hi, just got a RME fireface UCX as it was announced to be UAC / USB audio device class compliant.. You need to manually configure it to become what they call "CC", and it sure does show up, but there seem to be no proper descriptors for the physical ins and outs and their gain controls, so...

@Drumfix, thanks, but that driver is for the old version "ii" not "iic",
i.e. before motu claimed it becoming "class compliant" which it's not...
