Problem solved.
After having installed ALL tools of base-devel and rebooted my system bow it works.

By the way: How can i mark a post as "solved"?

I have installed Melodyne Assistant 4.2.1.003 on PlayOnLinux 4.2.12 and it works perfect...but...sometimes after 4 minutes sometimes sooner or later...suddenly it freezes.

Does anybody have the same problems or a tip what i can try to do so that it works correctly?

Sorry, I just fixed the problem. Apparently it was due to the fact that I had connected my TV to HDMI for a short time and then it was automatically set as the audio output device. To fix it I went to the Pulse Audio Mixer, there to the tab "Output devices". There I removed the mute circuit.
