Re: The corruption of Audacity

I liked the last line in the MuseScore article:
Muse Group's next acquisition should probably be a public relations firm instead of a software project.
Haha! So true!

Oh, sorry. That was probably me that brought up Knight Rider last time too!

Maybe you should try doing the Baywatch theme?

If you click on the thumb down it will un-thank, or un-do the thank. There is no dislike option It's not the best icon. Probably a red outlined thumbs-up would be better.

You also may consider upgrading to Ardour or some other DAW, where signal flow is more configurable. Audacity works, but can be maddeningly simplistic sometimes in things like this.

Re: Much Ado About Nothing

So much good music, an impressive and inspiring project! I love the positive mood of "Bright future", and the singing in "The Mischief's Song" is great. As is that guitar solo in the power ballad! I have worked with relatives on some songs too, it is very rewarding, and fun! I h...

Re: Maschinen-Ästhetik - Produktion / Korruption [electropop]

I really liked these pieces. @jeanette_c said it better than me, but I love the emotionless soundscapes, like music from the planet Vulcan. I liked both pieces, but I think Korruption was the better composition. It has a Home Computer kind of vibe.

Yes, a very Gould-like performance. Almost staccato in the opening bars. Very nice recording, and rendered beautifully with your setup.

I just love this composition -- that chord at 2:21 makes me sigh. Ah, Bach!

Re: AV Linux podcast interview on LibreQuest

I enjoyed listening to the interview. It's fun to hear the back story on how AV Linux came to be. I've been using AV Linux for several months and I am liking the "works out of the box" aspect of it. I'll let you do the OS tinkering, and I'll just record. :)

Re: Much Ado About Nothing

Thanks, @folderol. The synth in the power ballad was Yoshimi. I can't remember which preset offhand, but it was perfect for the song.
