BTW, I am also interested in the "no root user" setup. I've returned to Linux after several years and this is new to me. What advantages does it offer?

What do you all do to lock your systems down?
KXStudio seems designed for ease of use, which leaves me concerned about security. Does SELinux add that much for a regular user?
Just wondering because I use this machine for everything else too.

Can't tell you how annoying it was to manually mount the drive at every boot!

Ha yes I got it wrong, not gonna be using a swap drive for storage.
I appreciate the advice, I know enough to be dangerous but know
enough to make a backup of fstab first. Thanks for the info,
