Hi bluebell, Do you use jack_bufsize to change buffer size on the fly? If yes then try using the correct buffer size when starting jackd and don't change it on the fly. Are the clicks still there? Try a rate of 48000 if you use another. Thanks Bluebell, it was at 44100, now I've changed it to 48000, but the problem persists.
