Re: New Dragonfly Reverb beta release v2.9.0

Hey Michael A note.. I made pdfs of all your manuals for offline reference/reading. Nothing fancy, just a quick copy/paste into LibreOffice and saving the file off in the ".odt" format along side. That way i can update the info as/when/if you do so on the site and spit out another. All your hyperlin...

Re: A French Jig

Thanks all. Fun jams like these have been rare for me, so happy to pass along a bit of joy. Another little nugget with those folks.. https://soundcloud.com/cvx-11/je-marchais-dans-la-rue There are more us us than there are of them. If only we can keep it that way. I think it's pretty much always bee...

Re: New Dragonfly Reverb beta release v2.9.0

There is also Panagement, which has a native Linux version and some similar features to Proximity. It's one that i haven't gotten back around to yet since they fixed a glitch. The minor drawback with it is for full functionality with delay, you pay. It's not expensive and if i didn't have Wine i'd ...

Re: New Dragonfly Reverb beta release v2.9.0

Apologies up front.

This free vst could be of use to those using Wine...

At the very least the vid illustrates the type of functionality that Alex (please correct if i'm wrong) was alluding to earlier.

Uh, you got plans to go wild ?

Understood. :D

Re: New Dragonfly Reverb beta release v2.9.0

Sounding pretty good on a vocal in Mixbus v5. Taking a break from mixing for a bit, but left it in place to come back to. I imagine it will continue to occupy that spot.

Thanks much for your efforts !

Re: A French Jig

The good guys and the bad guys are not always what they seem. Thanks for the parody tune. It helped lighten my mood a bit after spending the better part of my morning reading the escalating horror stories. You know it's bad when 60 weeks in, firefighters are now battling police. "In France: firefig...

Re: A French Jig

Female voice seems much clearer than the male one folderol, thanks and yep you are spot on. It dawned on me after the fact that i could possibly pull him up and out a bit more using a dynamic eq. I'll give that a go, soon-ish. Make Rita Mitsuko great again ? jonestsu, you could've knocked me over w...

A French Jig

...pourquoi pas ? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

A jam captured by a Sony-ECM-MS907 into a mini disc player, with minor treatment in Mixbus 32c.

Re: ...more noises

Hey Milo, Thanks and glad you got a kick out of it. IIRCC, i put this thing together back when i was playing in a horn based R&B cover band (which i thoroughly enjoyed, btw). Taking a giant leap off the beaten path and shooting out of left field in my spare time felt like a healthy balance twixt the...
