Re: CALF plugins?
I will have a look how difficult it is to make a Gui Much more difficult than just writing some DSP code. And not because the GUI is hard to write. It is just rapidly consuming your time to make it good. LSP Plugins Framework allows to write your own plugins. It took some ideas from Calf like provi...

Re: CALF plugins?
Can I help somehow in this? I am not a programmer though... If you have graphic design skills, that would help because I'm not great at that. Other than that, maybe one of these days you can test a beta release of a saturation plugin that I'm making. I will have a look how difficult it is to make a...

Re: Neural Amp Modeler LV2 GUI
On request I made a little GUI for the Neural Amp Modeler LV2 plugin by Mike Oliphant. https://github.com/mikeoliphant/neural-amp-modeler-lv2 Do you need technical skills to make a GUi? I am not too technical but would love to help to make GUI for the ace plugins of Ardour, but I haven't got a clue...

Re: CALF plugins?
I have experimented with some plugins (I'm thinking mainly reverb) that I actually thought sounded a bit better than Calf, but used Calf instead because it was laid out in a way that I found easier to understand. What plugins are you thinking of that sound better but ate harder to understand? I am ...

Re: CALF plugins?
A good plugin should be designed to provide ease of use along with the ability to really emphasize what are the important things for that given plugin. (...) Calf in his MultiBand compressor does that, in a really straightforward way that even a dummy understands: it combines seeing and listening f...

Re: CALF plugins?
Yes, LSP plugins are brilliant and offer so many possibilities, that I do not fully understand, especially when it comes to filter types and when to use what. Maybe a reasonable bag of presets could help out. Same for me. I can't say anything bad about options, except that it can become too much to...

Re: Using Hydrogen to play DrumGizmo's DRS Kit
Basically there are 2 places where it is decided which "wav" files is being used. First in H2 each instrument give out a midi note. This note is translated in a wav file by the midi file you load into the DG plugin. This midi file is a plain text file that you can read. You can check if th...

Re: Using Hydrogen to play DrumGizmo's DRS Kit
Hi Mtemmerm, Somehow the midi mapping was lost when I tried to use your file. So I made some new ones for all the 4 drumkits. Marcel Hello Marcel, since this could be useful to many musicians, could you please release your Hydrogen drum packs under a free license such as the CC0 or CC BY and upload...
