Re: RME AIO

A few years back I wasn't able to have my AiO work properly under Linux. I'm glad I found this thread and didn't get rid of the AiO yet... I just want to thank all who posted here and the developers. Now it works perfectly. I'm very impressed, and happy :D I am glad that the information is helpful....

One aspect would also be the autonomous availability of content. It could be that if you centralize information on platforms like Youtube you might not be able to download it for offline documentation or that the platform will bring other innovations or even be discontinued. Decentralized informatio...

Re: MacOS 10 installation.

I can't really help you either.
According to the manual you still have to install "JackTrip 1.2.1". It is the same with Debian and Linux, you have to install the JackTrip package. If it is installed you should be able to start it from the console with "jacktrip -s".

Re: MacOS 10 installation.

Under Debian this is another/extra package of jack2 https://packages.debian.org/buster/jacktrip.
Possibly also on macOS. Have a look or did you install it?

Mark threadstarter as such

Is it possible (as in other forums) to mark the thread starter as such within the thread?
If I enter a thread crosswise, or have forgotten who started it, I find this marking helpful to "understand" the participants faster.

Arch (Manjaro actually) has Petri-Foo package in AUR and I can't compile it because of an error.

Code: Select all

What errors?
Maybe someone of the users can resolve the error here?

Nothing related to alsa or pulse or jack has never been on a list.

No, pulse is not running as I disabled and removed it.
Pulseaudio may not be displayed because you have uninstalled it.
If Ableton supports ALSA/jackd it will also be listed.
