Luppp is nice but it is an audio looper. It doesn't support MIDI sequencing. As soon as I have time I'll try HarmonySEQ and seq24 and see what happens.

Thanks for the replies! I tried Giada and quite liked it but I'm not sure whether it is capable of what I'm trying to achieve. I'll check the others, too.
