none, because they are the same (both come from the ubuntu repos).
KXStudio just has handy meta-packages to install different types of kernels.

no, the realtime kernel is not available at the official repos, but an UbuntuStudio developer packaged it into a PPA, here:

That is the one used in KXStudio. It was copied over so we don't have to depend on 3rd-party PPAs.
