no sound from SynAddSubFX

What other apps and distros do you use to round out your studio?

Ok. You were using jack, right?

Did you see https://help.ubuntu.com/community/HowTo ... onnections ? In the 'Messages' window, 'Audio' tab, does zynaddsubfx show up? is there an 'audio output'? Are they connected to each other?

If so: which 'interface' do you have configured in your jack configuration (upper-right corner in qjackctl, https://help.ubuntu.com/community/HowTo ... figuration )? What does 'aplay -l' show you?
